Where isnRunorm and the witch in Issenberg?

I have came to the part that I must find Runorm and close the Dark Portal but I have spent hours searching for him and the witch for the Q to turn a woman from zombie back to human. I got a headache because of that. Pls tell me where must I look for to find them, must I do something beforehand?

I am on the same Quests Dark portal and Missing soothsayer no way to find how to complete both?

We must kill the damned spider. I also hoped it's not mandatory but it is . This boss is surely hard to avoid loss with limited resource avaiable to us at early game .
