"Their finest hour" still my fav sim ever.
Sqd system.
Great replay feature.
Trainable sqd mates.
Campaign.

All you could ever want from a "BOB" sim.

The only games from my past where I kept the boxes.

Checked out the page you linked and was pretty astounded, as I only played the vanilla which was before I heard about a thing called "patches"(Look at us now ). I never bought the 1946 expansion though which I always regretted and must be nigh on impossible to get hold of now. If I ever have a spare hour or so I will check these out, but it means having to put a 3.5 floppy in my PC which I have not done for years.

Jesus look at the extra planes for Aces over Europe and extra areas. Man I wish I had all this years ago.

Heres an another http://home.comcast.net/~swotl/home.htm My all time favorite game (probably because it was the first PC game I ever bought). For a long time I wanted them to re-make the game. The Secret Weapons over Normandy follow up wasn't the same. Spent many hours playing SWOTL and still have the original game with the add-ons.

Loved SWOTL. Great game play. Does anyone else remember the demo disk that was released maybe a year before the actual game? You flew the Me262 against a few flights of B-17s. At least I think it was multiple flights. I do remember I got good enough to take down all 3 B-17s in the first pass.
