Control surface fluttering and unnatural movement

Hi

I am experiencing a visual flutter effect on the control surfaces of my aircraft. Even when looking at a saved track I can see the rudder flapping from side to side like a fish. This looks very unnatural.

When I do a control surface test before take off for example, the movements are exagerated and very fast.

anyeon else experiecing this, as I want to add it as a bug, but if it is only me then I need to find the cause of the issue.
