Default OK, I searched for SoW, and SLi...

I can't find any posting here saying if SoW_BoB will support SLi or Crossfire modes. I'd like to know so I can figure my upgrade path. Any help will be appreciated.

Yes! In Olegs Answers he says that SoW will support SLI and triple head in a roundabout way. I don't think he clarified if that means both SLI and Crossfire though. Might be worth checking the entire thread.

OK I checked. I think he refers to supporting Matrox triple head monitor, not dual video card tech. see below, pasted from Oleg's answers.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE I am begging you to develop multiple monitors to the maximum possible. I have just begun flying six months ago and I have just got the Matrox Triplehead2Go. It is the most incredible experience I have ever had in sims. Have you flown with this yet? I will buy one for you to try it. I run two nVidia 8800GTX in SLI mode TrackIR and OH MY GOD...Except for a small bug (flashing square that wont go away) it looks incredible!!!! Can you make it happen????

We plan to support this system]
So it's still an open question with no answer. Like Bob109 says "nice try". Oh well.

I know this is not a direct answer from the "Horses mouth", but I can't even imagine that SOW will not support SLI. I should think it will nearly be required to get the most out of the new engine. The only reason people are having trouble with SLI now is because this engine is so long in the tooth, hell AGP was a new technology when they started developement. I seriously would not even worry about that, as a matter of fact I'll go so far as to say that the game will probably be able to use whatever replaces SLI too.

I guess I tend to go with your line of thinking, BadAim. You're probably right. The new engine will probably support a Cray (and require one for the best performance too)
