Can not play

I have not yet been able to even have 1 fight online since my purchase.

Same thing every time- pick the server and load, get to the plane selection/briefing screen and get a launcher crash.

Please, does anyone have any idea how I can fix this? I thought the patches would fix this but I have waited long enough and I am very upset with my purchase indeed. Can not play singleplayer with the hugely bugged AI either.

Any ideas?
