Default Why does the russian version of the newest patch have more?

I mistakenly downloaded the Russian version of the new patch & within it it also has a Missions folder besides the Parts folder we got....

There is a 'mission' folder in the international DL but located in the parts BoB folder. Maybe the Russian version directory structure is different or they just get additional missions to test the patch on!

has anyone tested the russian version to see if it is different in performance and "or" quality??Considering the source anything is possible. What im saying is maybe something got lost in translation somewhere and the russian version "could" perform different.

I have both versions. Yes it uses steam, and no, it doesn't run any differently.
