how to switch cockpit in a flight

is someone knows to switch/chance cockpits in the same flight/mission?
it is possible to flying diffrend planes in a formation?[]9007[/ATATTACHTACH]

GO to external view, switch to the aircraft you want to fly

alt-f1 to jump into the cockpit of that aircraft
