How to get back icons - pitch/mixture/rad

Hi,

I`ve been away from CLOD for 1 year, but now want to get back. I have a question - how do you get back the icons in the left lower corner: pitch/mixtire/throttle/radiator ?

Also, how do you get back all those inscriptions in blue displaying on the right side of screen ie.e Throttle 70 % etc. ?

I must have switched them off a year ago and don`t remember how to get them back
