Dear modders and players,
As I developed a small program to handle with mods of Outfront games which I gave away to some of my friends, I thought why not publishing it so that everyone can use it.
The reason why I created such an executable is to easily eneable/disable mods without having to start the game, skip the movies, logging in and using the game settings, then waiting and quiting the game.
For me, this tool is helpful to test my mods in GEM editor.
