New comp': Reinstaling, should I make a backup ngen folder?

Hi all,
I am reinstalling the 1946 game on a new computer. I can't remember which folders I should make a backup of (for adding to the new install). Do I include ngen?

I am already backing these folders:
Paint Schemes
Records
Dgen
Users
Quicks
Missions
