Default Steering is not easy

Ok, gang..
While I do have a Saitek HOTAS, X52 Pro plus Pedals, steering is not easy, and there are lots of timmes I FLAT CANNOT turn right left, or turn around, or it takes more room than I have..

I need solutions..

I can go over which aircraft turn easier or harder, but i think everyone knows which ones turn crappy...

Especially between hangers, near swamps, etc..etc..

yes, I can use diffferentail braking, wheen it's on an aircraft, but even using that, or using only on side engines when there are 2 or more engines.. etc..

no matter what I have to many problems with steering..

I was looking for threads about steering issues, and could not find many for CLOD..

solutions, ideas, etc??
thanx..

I'm curious to see what everyone sets their stick sliders too while in game? Dead zones? Linear? Non-Linear? I think I have mine setup all the way to the right, is that too sensitive?

Lots of rudder and actually more speed/throttle! -for planes like the Bf110.
