New player with a few questions

Hi,

I just bought this today but need help tweaking this a little bit. Hopefully people can help with the following:

1) Is there a way to enable the Hakenkreuz in the game (if so, how)?


2) Is there a way of getting rid of the annoying transcripts (again, if so, how)?


3) In the top left hand corner is a chat menu type thing that has all the latest info in it - how can I disable that?


4) The most important - I have set my joystick up but I can't seem to get the game to recognise the trigger. I have to use the space bar to get the aircraft to fire. Any help on that one..

Oh - is there a way to change the tracer fire so it is not so ATARI style (the sound I can live with)?

Have a look thru the stickies--top of this forum:

To kill the Red Text transcribe, make sure you are in Mouse control mode. Put the mouse cursor over the Red text, then press ALT + left mouse click, then right mouse click and select close Voice window.

Same procedure to manipulate the other screen info windows.

Um, how do i get the red transcript back. I cannot hear the radio communication. There is no volume control for it.

And Osprey: It was there on the original so why can't I have it in game (either to fly with or shoot at)

Because it's illegal.

Not in all countries, but some, and that makes putting it in extra work specific to the countries it's not illegal in, making sure there are no gray imports from countries it's legal in to countries it is illegal in. It would be a huge legal mess.
