Default intermittent Rudder problems

flying along fine and all of a sudden the aircraft pulls left. Go to F2 view and my rudder is all the way left without any input from me. Just started doing this. It then returns to normal (it responds to my pedals) then 2 minutes down the road I make a quick left again. I have CH Fighter stick, throttle and pro pedals and use Ch Mananger to create one controller. This has not been an issue before. I've seen previoues posts where you don't have to use CH Manager but have tried not use it with awful result. Haven't changed anything. Am I mssing something?

Im having the same issue, I havent setup the 1 controller option yet. Interesting. I'm new to CH and looking for a solution also. I cleared my Axes Rudder setting completely and the issue of the stuck left rudder goes away. However, I havent figured out the solution yet to actually get the pedals working.

Putting all the controls under 1 controller and a new profile did the trick for me. thanks for the idea. Everything working great now. Could you possibly be starting under an old profile or have a conflict with another key/axes mapping?

S!

I have this rudder thing going on as well, except the rudder fails to respond at all! What I have to do is to go Options -> Controls and apply the rudder axis again. Not doable in a fight needless to say..Any solution would help..

ok, another fix for you to try courtesy of the CH hangar. after I thought I fixed the issue, my throttle stopped responding. here is what fixed it for me.

Default Why do my USB devices sometimes stop responding?

Sometimes if not used for a short period of time Windows will switch off USB devices as part of it's power saving mode.
**IF YOU ARE UNSURE ABOUT CHANGING SYSTEM SETTINGS PLEASE CONSULT A COMPUTER SPECIALIST**
In Windows XP to disable this power saving go to the Control Panel in your Start menu and double click on the icon named 'System' then click on the 'Hardware' tab then click on the 'Device Manager' button and scroll down until you see the 'Universal Serial Bus controllers' heading and expand the tree by clicking on the plus sign next to it. Scroll down and you will see one or more 'USB Root Hub' headings. Right click and select 'Properties' and select the 'Power Management' tab there you will see a check box that allows Windows to turn off the device to save power. Do this for each of the 'USB Root Hub' entries

Also: I noticed that I had to remap my fighter stick because it somehow decided un-center itself and moved up and to the left of the center axis.

CH hangar has all the fixes somewhere.

Still can hear the blimblom sound of USB disconnecting/connecting Really nice to even try to fly when rudders stop working. Maybe should try a clean mapping file to see if it helps as sometimes I just need to go to Options Controls and apply axes settings..but sometimes the rudder pedals just do not respond..Maybe I need to sell these old CH PRo Pedals for someone with a game port and get USB versions instead, the dongle can possibly affect this..
