Cooling help.

I am looking at overclocking my system but would need to improve the cooling as I am just using the stock cpu fan at the moment. Even now the system shuts off occasionally if CloD is run too long which I suspect may be down to cpu or psu overheating. I have a very limited budget of around £40 so decent water cooling would not be possible. I have been doing a little research and the Zalman CNPS9900-MAX seems a distinct possibility. Do any of you people have any thoughts, suggestions or recomendations? I am working 2 - 10pm at present so probably wont get back here till tomorrow. Cheers.
