Is there a way of monitoring your frame rates in CoD?
I haven't seen a programmable key or option anywhere, what about a non intrusive third party programme that will show in the game but without taking up half your screen... ![]() |

I run a programme called FRAPS. and I have a small LCD screen on my keyboard (Logitech G-15) and I can read the FPS on that.
Fraps will also display it on your screen, but not sure of the resolution though.

In-game, press Shift + Tab to bring up the console, then type fps SHOW START (case sensitive, it has to be in caps). That will bring up your your min, avg, and max fps. Then Shift-Tab again to close the console window.

Cheers guys, that worked Salmo, I had to programme the console to work first.
What else can i do from there? I managed to hide all those chat windows and the littlle controls gauge that comes up by deleting the whole chat section from the confuser.ini but i guess I need some of it for chatting online. Is there a better way of hiding all that? Actually how do you use the chat option online? |

You can move them to bottom of the screen and/or configure windows and fonts sizes.
