How to force soldier to move?

I'm doing a little suicide mission.

There's a guy driving a moto. I've made an area and ordered him to move there and there was the script for ballon on this soldier's back to explode, when he reach this area.

Everything was working untill I've added some british soldiers near his destination point. Now when they open fire the guy in the moto just stop and wait for them to shoot him.

Is there a way to "force" him to drive between this small group?
