Cisors
Done wasting as less energy as possible, but close from dynamic stall. It end up very often in destabilizing the opponent, putting him in a situation where he is prone to do a mistake or mishandle his energy. Very difficult to do it right. Last edited by jf1981; 11-06-2011 at 11:09 AM. |

Lag displacement roll. Love the increased SA it gives and when you pull it off a potential overshoot turns into a great attack. Also very disorienting for the opponent unless they really know their stuff. |
