Anyone find Beta 2 more stable than Official Patch?

The title says it all - I was wondering if anyone found the second beta more stable than the latest patch (v1.05.15950) ? Or is anyone simply finding the latest patch crash/freeze prone?
Every time i play, the screen freezes and I have to force-quit to desktop. I reinstalled the game, reinstalled video and sound drivers etc., to no effect.

I am getting smoother game play with good FPS (30 on the ground and 45-50 in the air) with medium to high settings.

In beta I had a few CTD or total lock up when even Cntl+Alt+Del would even respond. So far I have had 1 lock up and that I did alt=tab to desktop and found my Anti-Virus doing a system scan .

Over all, we are heading in the right direction. Colors hopefully get a tweak, clouds, dust and smoke are my biggest hit to performance in the game right now. Which I do believe is being worked on. Other than the other known bugs (that were not scheduled to be addressed in this release) , I am totally satisfied with this patch.

I didn´t have enough time to play with the official patch, but watching our server log, I have the impression that there are more CTDs then before.

But maybe you can ask Repka or ATAG Team for their experience, that are the most active servers and unusual many "player Menschmeier leaves server" followed by "player Menschmeier is now connected" indicates problems.

Had it more or less the same performance. Beta was maybe slightly better. Hard to say as both stutter with trees, houses, smoke/dust and clouds..

It's much worse for me. I get more crashes since the beta and now stutter as well which I never had.

The last official update caused me to have my first stability problems with frequent Launcher crashes. I have had to make many changes to suit this patch and none with the previous updates.

Too much stutter now and I cannot play it anymore. I even lowered my setting and it didn't work.

I've deleated my cache (again), plus the conf and confs ini files then ran an integrity check. Seems better.
