Tips to beat Narrow Path on Extreme Raid?

I'm stuck, can't get a decent time to save my life with any of the vehicles. Moving REALLY slow through the water (under 10 kph) and bogging down bad on some of the mud.

What did you guys do to beat it?

let down tires, drive on the sides of the tracks. Mostly hard and let's you make some speed.
