Where do I download Gem Editor from?

Just like the title suggest's, where do I get this from for Men of War Assualt Squad. I've tried looking everywhere for it with no luck.

You have to look for it in the Assault Squad folder where you install it, the name is this (mow_assault_squad_ed.exe)

normally if you install it by default it would be install in here: C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\men of war assault squad\mow_assault_squad_ed.exe" but that is for steam copy in window 7
