Setting up a server

Hi all, sorry to start another thread on the subject but i need an idiots guide to getting a server up on our dedi box, this server will be home to the =BKHZ= a UK based team, i have read and tried to digest what has already been told in the main thread and have so far done the following...

set up a Steam account on the Dedi box..

uploaded the files as stated in the main thread

parts folder with just the core in it
Launcher.exe
Launcher,exe.config
launchergdf,dll

so what i need to know is the correct place to put the files in the Steam folder and the set Steam to launch the server
