Will the game run well for me?
AMD Anthlon II X2 250 Processor 3.00 GHz
4.00 GB RAM Windows 7 64 bit Realtek High Definition Audio 530 GB of free disk space ATI Radeon HD 4200 video card. My video card is what I am most worried about. It has 1.9 GB Video RAM, and is DirectX 10.1 compliant. Also, Internal DAC(400MHz). I am guessing it is good enough, however I'd like to know for sure before I buy the game. I've never had a PC game before, only really played console games. So will Cliffs of Dover run on my PC? |

Do you have a real PC or is it a laptop? Correct me if I'm wrong but as far as I know the HD 4200 is an integrated chip and not a real video card.
To be honest I don't expect it to run well. :/ That's just my personal opinion though as I don't have any experience with that particular chip. |

It is a PC. I believe it is an integrated chip.

Ah, what I guessed. That sadly means you're out of luck a little. The 4200 itself will probably not be enough to play the game well - going for hybrid crossfire (adding an additional ATi video card) is currently not supported by the game though.
You could add an additional card though and use it as your primary graphics card. Eventually it'd be reasonable to make it an ATi brand one to use crossfire with other games or later in CloD, when it supports it. Would you consider something like that? |
