Asking key in steam version, what to do??

I didn't bought the game on steam but on GameStreamer.com and they said me on the email sent after my purchase "No activation required".
Strange I thought, but why not.
But when I installed the game and launch it, a Securom's window ask me for my serial number ??? So I can't even launch the game or even play the solo.

I read on steam forums that 1C had technical complications and that they are now trying to fix the issues so be patient Marrkko.

Did 1C forgot to send serial keys to this shop ?

and will I get mine to activate my game bought on GameStreamer.com ?

I sent a mail on GameStreamer.com but no answers.
