SLOWLY its gone mate... the PC brigade made sure of that.

I have been ill a number of times in the past and I end up watching British day time TV WTF, I kid you not it makes you feel worse.... I reckon they do it on purpose to make you so sick of it you actually would prefer to be chucking up into a bin at work.
