Default big grey box in the way

help does anyone know how i can get rid of this grey box on the left really starting to obscure my view especially when im in a chase thanks

Hi. Alt + left click, then right click on the box, then close.

You can sometimes end up with one 'grey box' on top of another - if so, you'll need to repeat the process...
