Is there a mod to make training cheaper?

I would really like a mod that dramatically decreases training costs, primarily the trophies needed. As it is now you have to grind a lot just to create one new troop with full numbers and I don't really want to have that pesky patent equipped all the time. Is there any such mod out there or can it be created?

Yeah, that would be super handy! I’ve always found the training costs kind of annoying too. Not sure if there's a mod for it though… would be cool if someone made one.
