20mm & 30mm inpact flash w/GTX580

Hello everyone!
For some reason every now and then I am not seeing a impact flash from 20mm & 30mm rounds WIN7/64). Mainly on tracks, although when I review the same track with an older Nvida card 7800(XP), I see the flash. This is with stock il-2 v4.07 and 4.10
Is there a setting that will correct this in the Nvida panel?

Current GTX580 driver is 270.61
IL-2 Perfect settings

I7-950
Rampage III Extreme
CORSAIR DOMINATOR GT 6GB (3 x 2GB) DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 2000 (PC3 16000)
EVGA GTX580

Any help would be a appreciated.

The tracks are not an exact replica of what has happened, and there are slight anomalies.

The game engine essentially 'reflies' all the aircraft as you normally do in game, and there are slight time/position differences from the original.
You'll also find these differences between each replay of the same track.

I started to notice that after reviewing the track several times.
