More shadow options...

I have one HD 4850 with only 512GB. I can live with low/medium texture settings, due to my little amount of VRAM, but I'll really apreciate a new option - like in DCS series - to make only active objects casting shadows over ground, and leave cockpit, aircraft, and static objects without shadows.

Is it simple to make this, Luthier?
