How to map throttle

Hello All.

I have Cliffs of Dover and a Logitech extreme 3D pro joystick.

I have no idea how to map the throttle. I went to 'aircraft' found throttle which went from 1 to 10 for different speeds, but how do I turn all that into the slider of the throttle on the joystick.

Question 2: There are so many commands, how to I get a print on them all.
