No offense, but why dedicate a slaughter of defiants to the Defiant? This should be a 110 tribute not that my oppinion matters anyways, Great video

nice clip but the Defiants were about as useless in the Battle of Britain as the whole Italian Airforce!

@ biltongbru

Btw m8, Just Finished watching all 65 episodes on your interview with the ju87 pilot. i must say a truly great man and a great opportunity you had there

im just wondering if your planning to release it all as a complete movie with all episodes lined up cronologically

that documentary/interview is a masterpiece and i would love to buy a copy

IIRC, the Defiant's didn't do so badly in their first few combats when they were attacked from astern. They only started to suffer serious losses when the LW responded by using attacks from ahead or beneath where they were hopeless. The Me-110 in the video makes stern attacks and probably wouldn't have had such an easy job IRL.

It's still a wonderfully daft aircraft. I really wish it was a flyable.
