Default Game freezes and then crashes when you look at ai

Hi

A bit of a weird one here. When I start any mission be it a campaign mission or even a mission I've created its fine in cockpit view but when I enter chase view and go to look behind me at my ai wingmen before I've even got to them the game freezes.

I'm running 1946 4.12.1 and hsfx 7.

My PC specs are Intel core i5 4960k, 8gb Kingston hyperx beast ram, palit gtx 660 2gb GPU

Any help would be much appreciated.

Cheers

Nick

Hi

Run the game in stock version with HSFX off and see if it locks up.

Right, if someone is going to have a software problem with IL2 it is going to be when they run MODS or HACKS.....
