Are the 109's made of kindling wood

I didnt relise with the right ammo, these babys catch fire so easy

I just hit one with a short burst, and up she went,
pilot hit the silk, and his plane was still in the air some 4minits later
It was rather pleasing to follow it down, ducking in and out of the smoke plume
Im very impressed with the effects of this game....

Particularly like watching them burn myself actually,....most satifying,makes the job of shooting them down that more entertaining,lol.

I also happen to blow up 109 rather than spits. I still need some more trials. The cannons is a bit hard to hit with. And the MGs are fewer than on a spit or a hurry. So perhaps the secret lies here. Also how is fuel tank set up taken into account in this game? Any ideas?
