Default questions regarding fps and CEM

1. How do I get FPS displayed?
2. How do I see, if radiator is open in the hurricane?
I always seem to overheat very quickly when playing full real.
Is there a better guide somewhere how to get most performance without overheating in the different planes.
Or is the CEM bugged, as I read somewhere here.

Open Console (you must assign a key for it), then type
fps SHOW START
to enable the fps counter and
fps SHOW STOP
to disable it.

You could always open a new info window and have it display engine settings.

When playing full CEM, the bottom left hand screen has 3 status bars for the Hurricane and Spitfire, yellow for prop pitch, red for mixture and blue for radiator. It has a fourth orangey one for the oil cooler on the 109
