Recommended settings for HD6850 (or similar)?

I have a Sapphire HD6850 and would like to know which the best settings are for this card while at the same time having acceptable performance. Any suggestions are much appreciated!

The default medium settings will probably offer you a good mix of visuals and fps. If you're not doing many missions near London you can probably push it up to high settings (I would turn grass off though).
