How to move the camera (in and out) in F2 view ?

and I mean moving IN or OUT the camera, to get closer or farther from the airplane, NOT changing the field of view..

I've tried everything with no luck so far..

any help ?

press F10 so your in mouse look mode, then hold the right mouse button down and move the mouse forward or backward to move the view in/out.

the above also works in cockpit also with left/right to move sideways.

"keypad /" resets the view.
