massive ping?

so yeah i just brought this game and love it but i keep getting booted out because of my ping im getting like 350+ i do not know why im getting this as i do not lag in the game at all i have tried lowering the settings but ping still stays this high im guessing its because im in Australia? and if thats the case is there anyway for my ping to stay low so i dont get booted out

As far as i know the only way to get a better ping is a high speed internet connection But keep in mind if you're in the US and the other person is in the UK for example your ping will be 200 or 300 because that is the time is take for the signal to arrive from the other end and vice versa.
