Controls Setup

Has anyone figured out how to get the controls setup to work? I set F1 as my inside view and F2 for outside. If I use the outside view I cannot control the plane or go back to inside view. Other controls I set up will not work consistantly or at all.

I'm not sure if this is the same but I have had an issue where CoD is sitting on top of windows and appears to be working but no controls on keyboard are working in which case you need to alt-tab around back to the game to re-focus the window.

By the way, I like Luftwaffle with my Panzercakes but if often leads to a Battle of the Bulge in my waist.
