Can't load tracks - help!

I cannot seem to load tracks. I go to extra-> tracks -> select and nothing happens.

Apparently after selecting "select" you are supposed to be able to browse for tracks. Nothing happens for me, I click select and it just sits there.

Any ideas?

Also, I cannot record tracks, game just freezes and I have to end the process.

with regards to your first issue; there may not be tracks to see.

I got some tracks other people recorded and put them in the records directory. Still don't get any option to browse after clicking select. Somethings not right.

This worked for me, except the setting was called "Disable Visual Themes".
