Default UBISOFT Tech support numbers

Hi guys,

This is a quick thread to help get through all the crap we have
gone through so far with the ACTIVATION LIMIT EXCEEDED
issues a few of us have experienced so far.

Most people will think it is a STEAM issue because the Sim is activated
through STEAM and the activation wizard doesn't say that its a SOLID SHIELD
DRM wizard. And there are no logos, tel numbers or help tabs on the wizard either.

So please don't get confused. It is NOT a STEAM problem. And even though SOLID SHIELD is the company that created the DRM it is not their "fault" either.

It is UBISOFT who set the activation limits and it is UBI that controls it...

SO IT IS UBISOFT WHO YOU SHOULD CALL TO SOLVE THIS PARTICUARLY ANNOYING PROBLEM... The sim will want to activate every time you change
anything in your pc... BIOS, CPU, GPU, RAM etc... and you only have three.

The UBI UK TECH NUMBER (found in the manual) is NOT working when called.
It told me the number does not exist. 0871 664 1000 so don't bother...

I then called the American UBI Tech Number and they were helpful - the tech guys I spoke to was Chris and has escalated to matter to management.
+1 919 460 9778... but couldn't re credit me with activations due to the fact that the sim hasn't yet launched in the states and they don't have the DRM tools yet to correct this issue.

I haven't been able to fly for 4 days now and counting. And still no solution in sight. Will edit when more info is available. Happy flying.
