Whats the future plans with the sim?After Oleg is gone and Ubi bosses everything.

Iam so sad its happening this way but i still hope luthier and the rest will cope with the pressure from the publisher and ungratefull community and continue support this great game with a big potencial.
Is there any way how to put light on this matter and not to cross illegal with the publisher?
Can we somehow support you directly so the publisher who doesnt care so much dont eat the hard earned money?
