Updates/Tweaks simplified please

Hi, excuse me if Ive missed it but, where is the performance patch, can we have sticky or similar simple quick and easy place to find updates as there released? Or are all updates automatically sent via steam?

I'm sorry I don't want to spend alot of time researching this tweak and that tweak, can we just have simple and updated interface on this forum for tweaks etc.
