Default FOV and default Offset

Now we should manually set this values, moving the mouse, every time that the game is started.

And we cant switch external views because we´ll lose the configuration, this is very annoying

We need a command line in the cofig.ini to define the default to this values, or some thing better.

And also, not limit it to 90 degrees. With a 30" monitor it's a serious case of tunnel vision. 120+ degrees are needed.
