Ordering special men to go somewhere

Hi,

I just made a nice looking map and made a squad which reinforce everytime the squad before them dies... the problem is i want the members of the squad to go to different locations after they walked from their spawning waypoint to the end. I tried by giving them actions on the last waypoint or by triggering the event through a region.... it worked and i got them send of to different locations to defend... but somehow when they trigger another one of the same unit spawns and moves to that location as well... what am i doing wrong?

for example:

My sniper needs to go up a building... on the maingate he gets this order and he goes... but at the time he is at the maingate another sniper appears from the beginning spawnpoint and walks to the piont aswell

Nevermind i got it working
