Default 4.10 MDS Home Base (Carrier) Icons

This is concerning the 4.10 MDS. If I assign a Home Base to a moving carrier (on a DF map), why doesn't the 'Airfield' icon for that Home Base appear on my in-flight map (like all my land-based Home Bases)?

Is this a bug or a feature? *(I know on the 'other' version of MDS, the carrier Home Base icon WOULD appear on the in-game map.)

I think there are two issues here:-

1) Minimap- if you have realistic navigation button "on" in difficulty settings, the carrier position is not shown. (you have to use radio navigation to find it.)

2) Briefing screen map:-

These things have all contributed to loss off hair here:-

- Not assigning HB colour from the default "None"
- Ticking HB as "default position"

I do hope it may be one of these and not a bug. I'm certainly getting them showing here even though I have no hair left.

Yep. it was the 'Realistic Navigation' Difficulty setting. This is a new setting in 4.10 and I'm still trying to figure out all it's quirks. Thanks.
