is it possible to change the language from chinese to english?

hello im in hong kong and i want to buy a boxed version of MOW. i went into a shop and they told me they only have the chinese version. OK i dont like reading stuff in chinese coz it hurts my eyes so badly.

The problem is if i buy that chinese version is it possible to change the language from chinese to english completely. i mean will i get a version that is EXACTLY the same as the english version. can i play in multiplayer with people who have the english version? dont tell me i can only play with chinese people.
