A required security module cannot be activated. This program cannot be executed 7000.

I get his message on start up, problem is, it's a steam game so there shouldn't be any DRM, I know it dislikes Daemon Tools and things so ignoring the fact there shouldn't be any DRM I've closed that, I even ran the links Starforce or whatever it is gives me and do the registry edits but still I get the same message.

Any ideas?
