Phantom spell problems (1.7 patch)

Hi,

I have an issue with phantom spell. Sometimes it won't work on certain units. For example I tried to phantom my 4 cyclops (phantom level 2) in the first turn, it shows question mark instead of wand, it shows wand on other units. Next turn, it works just fine on cyclops. This happens all the time, sometimes I can cast phantom in the first round, but can't cast it in the second (cyclops again).

any ideas?
