Mission Log Reader - where?

After a couple years away from IL2, i'm back. I'm trying to find this tool, but unsuccessfully. It's somebody using it with 4.09m? It still works? Could someone kindly indicate me a place to download MLR? Or, there is another tool that can be used? Thanks in advance Geier
