Online services not available

whenever i go on to the internet aspect of Men of war i type in my gamespy password and then it gives me the notification that:

Online services are not available. (cd:263)

i am sure that there are many more technically proficient people on these forums and i was wondering if any of you knew what ths meant and if it was a problem with my computer or the online of men of war altogether. i would apreciate your help.

gamespy servers for MoW arent online at moment (offline/restarting/servicing/...). try again later.
