Default Anyone help with Phonetic pronunciation of Italian and North African combat areas?

Hi guys.

Currently getting the final Narration completed for Part1 of the Checkertails Movie (end of October it's out!!! Yay!!)

The Narrator has asked me for the correct Phonetic pronunciation of these areas and I wonder if anyone has knowledge of the correct was of saying them?

I need it in Phonetic terms, for example I found out the the Udine are was not said "You-dine" but actually "Oo-dee-na".

So can anyone advise me or help me with the following Phonetic Pronunciation please?

Cazes

Mediouna

Tafaraoui

Montesquieu

Decimomannu

Stagnone

Mateus

Cagiliari

El Alouina

I am hoping to have this detail ASAP as I need to get the Narration completed so I can wrap this up for the first showing at the 65th Reunion of the Checkertail Clan in Washington in September.

Currently the feature runs for 1-hour and 25 minutes. This is only Part 1 and covers the P-40 and P-47 era.

I have no-doubt there are a few mistakes.....but hey, it's the story I'm trying to convey so there you have it.

Part 2 will be about 2-hours long and detail the P-51 era only (it's a big era!!). and will be out next September.

Thanks for any help guys,

Cheers, MP

Infact this is the problem... I could post a mp3 but really I don't know how the North African name are pronounced...

BTW where is Mateus? I don't know that place?

Montesquieu is a french name.
Mediouna is on french Morocco, so it can be french too.

I can help you with some... I'm going to provide the mp3.

Embarrassingly the Mateus was supposed to be Mateur!

I was copying the text sent back to me by the Narrator and should have seen it!

Gents, we are all sorted now, but thanks for your help.

Release Date Late October.

Cheers, MP
